Welfare Ministry

This ministry is the arm of the church that is responsible for the welfare of the members through support in areas of finance, clothing and basic domestic items.

Music ministry

The Music department consists of individuals who are spirit filled and have a calling in the area of music. They use their God given talents to deliver inspiring and soul lifting worship and praise songs, to lead the congregation into the presence of God. Whether you are a skilled musician or a worship leader, our music ministry provides an excellent platform for all musicians and singers.

Transport Ministry

The Transport department is responsible for assisting people who do not have their own vehicles to Church, before and after meetings. The Department also helps with taking technical equipments to various venues as needed, as well as other ministry trips.

Sound and Visual Engineering

This department looks after the sound production at Church by ensuring that the output from the monitors and speakers is optimized for listening. They also oversee the projection of Videos, Music lyrics, Bible verses and Announcements.

Hospitality Ministry

This group is responsible for providing friendly and generous reception and extends our warm hospitality to Newcomers and Visitors. Their hospitable services also include organizing and serving of refreshments to the Pastorate, Guest ministers, Guest artists and the Church in general.

Follow-up Ministry

Word of Faith Church follow-up ministry is equipped to encourage and assist individuals who are new in the faith or coming back to the faith with various issues of life using different approaches to restore the relationship between the individual and God.

Evangelism Ministry

Obeying the great commission, they carry the gospel to the world. They bring people to Christ and follow up New Converts and also help restore Individual’s relationship with God. Currently, bi-weekly evangelism is carried out at the city centre.

Ushering Ministry

The members of this group are responsible for providing a welcoming and comforting atmosphere of worship; e.g. by making sure that the worship environment is clean and conducive to all members and guest of the church. They are responsible for the seating arrangements, dissemination of information during the services and ensuring free flow of activities during and after a service. They are also responsible for ensuring that visitors/new members and members are furnished with latest information about the Church.

Media Ministry

This ministry has under it sub departments such as the audio (sounds), media duplication and distribution, publication and the video recording. They ensure effective dissemination of information to the church and to the community and the world at large.

Prayer Ministry

This is a group of intercessors who come together regularly to fast and pray for the church and the members. They uphold the mandate and the vision of the church through the help of the Holy Spirit by constant and persistent prayer. They are the “Secret agents” of the Church who stand in the gap to seek God’s Glory on the Church.

Children & Youth Ministry

This is a fairly large ministry consisting of Children up to the age of 18. For effective learning they are further categorised into: nursery/pre-school age, school age, pre-teen and teenagers. A team of Spirit Filled Believers, who are children friendly and have undergone a CRB/DBS check, teaches each group. Above all, what they are concerned with is that the children come to the saving knowledge of the Lord Jesus and are growing stronger in Life and in the Knowledge of the Lord.

Drama Ministry

This ministry brings to life the Bible, Christian experience and community in an entertaining, educating and life-transforming way. The drama team is a combination of different people who have chosen to release their acting skills to the service of the Lord.

Men's Ministry

The group provides opportunities for men in the church to network, discover Gods purpose for them, build on their spiritual gifts and develop skills and potentials that will make them have greater influence in the church, their families and in the society at large.

Outreach Ministry

This group of people drawn from members of the church follow the mandate of our Lord Jesus Christ by reaching out in love to the less privileged in the society in areas of clothing, shelter, feeding and preaching of the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ.

Women's Ministry

The group provides opportunities for women in the church to network, to discover Gods purpose for them, build on their spiritual gift and develop skills and potentials that will make effective in their families, in the church in the society at large.

House-keeping Ministry

This group is responsible for keeping the entire Church Building facility clean, tidy and fresh for use.
